Rising Day Spa

So nice I used twice. Came to Rising Day Spa right off my 17 hour flight from the US. Received a facial from Sanjini and massage from Marion. Both really friendly, professional gals. Felt great, my skin was dewy and hydrated. My muscles nice and relaxed. I came back on my last day in Wellington before catching my flight home for another facial. I highly recommend.

Bought a GrabOne voucher. Called multiple times and no-one picked up. I also left messages and never heard back. I sent emails and didn't get a reply. Voucher is now expired. I will be reaching out to GrabOne.

A wonderful experience. Thank you Glory for a beautiful massage. Perfect pressure, I was very relaxed and comfortable. Lovely and warm, good amount of towels/blankets and lovely music.

I wasn’t sure what to expect using a Grab One voucher but I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment I arrived I felt welcome and the staff are friendly and the place has a nice ambiance. Jacida was amazing!!!!It was my first time getting a facial and she took the time to explain the products. It was $30 extra if I wanted to use Dermalogica but I opted for the sensitive range of la clinica which was included in my voucher. My voucher was for a one hour massage, body scrub and facial and I floated out of there on cloud nine. Thanks so much ❤️

THE BEST BEAUTY THERAPIST IN TOWN! I had the most wonderful hour massage & 30 minute Dermalogica facial. Glory did the most amazing job, my skin feel so soft & glowy.100% recommend - such lovely service! I will be going back asap.

Got the 1 hour relaxation massage at Rising Day Spa with Marion. She was professional and friendly, and made me feel at ease. The massage was great with the perfect amount of pressure and I have booked regular visits since.

Booked for the indulge me package and added a 1h full body massage that I had bought on Grab One. The massage and the facial part of the package were wonderful! But the « spa » mani-pedi was quite terrible. No cuticle care, nail shape, exfoliating scrub massage or pressure massage as it is mentioned on their website. The beautician who did my nails was really struggling tho apply properly the gel polish. She hadn’t taken her cardigan off and the way she was holding my fingers she kept rubbing it on my nails which left some stains and bits of fabric on them. When she moved on to pedicure she was awkwardly sitting on the floor in what I imagine wasn’t the most confortable position. And it was just a very basic application of polish which wasn’t even done properly. So all in all I may come back for the massage but definitely not to get my nails done.

Had to wait 30 mins even though I had an appointment booked. I booked in for a half leg + bikini wax but could only get the leg waxing done due to the delay. I asked the therapist if we could wax 4cm above my knee. When I went to pay for the treatment I was told to pay $70 (which is the price for a full leg) she then decided to charge me $65. I almost paid the amount for a full leg. Due to the massive delay it would have been nice to just wax those extra 4cm above my knee complimentary OR less than $15. I would have said something at time of paying but just checked their website and pricing again when I got home and was very disappointment.

My partner and I had the one hour massage followed by a facial (partner), and I had a pedicure.Rachael my massage therapist did an excellent job, and Sanjeeni who did my pedicure, made me feel relaxed and well tended to. Would go again :)
