Took my car in for a pre-purchase inspection on behalf of a prospective purchaser. Wheel alignment was perfect when I took it in - now car is pulling left and steering wheel is rotated to the right. They have obviously hit a kerb or something… Not impressed!

I had a great experience here, the woman on reception (Jo?) Was absolutely lovely and my WOF went through smoothly. They noted issues that may impact my next WOF, but also filled up my windscreen washer fluid for me. Everyone was so helpful, great service

I don't go anywhere else and you'll see why. 100% respect to women and 100% honest. This is the best place to get anything done and they're reliable, comprehensive and respectful.Always friendly, always explain everything clearly and they ring you to let you know things need fixing and whether you want to go ahead or not.The A++ lady at reception=priceless!!!

I went to this AA auto centre very first time and I had excellent service from here. I have had very good suggestion and excellent customer service from Anna was on reception and AA team.Good communication and she explained very well if there is anything additional things to fix it and more which I wasn't know about.I have had experience with AA services in Auckland but this centre giving me fantastic service and I want to be a loyal customer for them forever. Thank you very much and really appreciate your work and highly recommended this place.

I'd stopped for a rest driving North. Best park was within sight of supermarket at Amberley.Instead of exiting car prior to nap, I didn't know I'd left lights on as it was such a dreary, rainy day. On setting off, I'd run the battery flat! Prompt service from callout of around 35min. One Jumpstart and I was off. Fully charged by Cheviot. Thank You to the kind serviceman

They were able to fit me on on quite short notice for a full service. they had a comprehensive list of all the things they did, listed it AND explained to me the things that would need to be done as maintenance on my car to keep it going and for the WOF in the future.Booked my car in again a couple of days later, timely service again the mechanic explained what they had done on my car which was really helpful especially if you don't have heaps of car knowledge.Great, friendly, kind and timely service at a fair price.Will be going back there again.

I recently became an AA member therefore decided to take my car in for a much needed service. I was very happy with the service I received. Not only did Jo on reception reschedule my service from the booking date at my short notice but also went above and beyond. The team also accommodated further checks on my car and the automotive engineer (I think!) took time outside of his schedule to do this.I will most certainly be a loyal customer to the AA Centre at 6 Lancaster Street and they will be my go to from now on.5 stars all round!Thank you
