Gail and Caroline, who run Hillcrest, are such lovely people that it honestly made such a difference to us when we left our babies in their care. The facility is really nice and clean, and doesn't have that cat urine" smell that is prevalent in many other catteries.Our kittens had previously stayed in a pet hotel that also had dogs as guests

I highly recommend this cattery especially the enclosures with outdoor access. Caroline and Gail are both lovely and caring towards the Cats. The setting amongst the bush and the sheep in the paddock is fantastic. My boys were both happy and settled each time I visited them during their stay.

Gail recently helped us adopt our two gorgeous cats who had been at Hillcrest for several months and whose owner could no longer keep them. Gail has gone out of her way to help us ensure that the cats settle in and we really appreciate everything she has done for us. Gail is a lovely kind and caring person and I would highly recommend Hillcrest to any cat owner.

We never hesitate to leave our beloved Nico with Gail.He never complains about his “holiday”He is overjoyed to see us when we pick him up…as I am sure most cars are when their owner’s return.Highly recommend Hillcrest Cat Motel

Lovely staff, clean and spacious facilities. Did a great job looking after our two nervy cats whilst we were away for a week. They totally understand how hard it is to leave your pets with someone else and do whatever they can to make it as stress free as possible. 100% would book again.
