I’ve been a customer of Hibiscus Coast Self Storage in my personal capacity and through various businesses for around 8 years.The pros:- Pricing. It costs significantly less than some of the other National self storage places around.- While smaller than some of the other places I’ve alluded to, they are not lacking in most of the features of those places.- It is local.- It is right off the main road (Whangaparaoa Road)The cons:- There is insufficient surveillance. The National self storage places that they are competing with have many more cameras specified by someone who understands surveillance.- There is insufficient lighting. You need to bring a torch to see inside the units.- Accessibility. The driveway is very steep.

I have rented a storage from Michael for the last 15 months and would like to praise both Michael's professionalism and his friendly disposition. My unit was a safe vermin free and dry place to store my belongings while I decided where I was relocating to I thoroughly recommend this company to anybody that has storage needs. Very big complex, varying size lockups from 1.5 X 3mtrs, up to garage size etc. Totally secure, very clean and tidy.
