Clean and tidy. Good service inside.

Just by the main road. Comes with a mini supermarket. Offers 91, 95 petrol and diesel. Runs a car wash too. Tyre fill (air) available. That is the one of the rarest stations around Riccarton, where u can refill ur gas cylinders instead of swapping. Customer service by the two boys there was good on the day of my visit (24/Apr/2022)

Every time I go there the atm isn’t working. Frustrating when this is every time

There trailer hire system lacked the human touch. The staff did try to be helpful which was good.

Nice service, but don't recommend the car wash, too rough and broke and smashed our back mirror, not happy

Great place except no Batteries on sale though not there fault . Most service stations do not stock bulbs batteries fuel caps and the likes for not like Dad's or Grand Dad's car these where all standard. One size fits all. Bulbs have different fittings and fuel caps different dimensions. Repco Super-cheap Auto and Stanmore Spare Parts sell these. Warehouse Miter 10 for batteries and and more.

Leaving a review here since one cannot be left for Energy Hero which is owned and operated by the Glenstar group (of which Caltex Riccarton is a part of).The prices may be good but the service is dreadful. Switched to them in November and they told me they'd return my old gas bottles to RockGas. I had a mostly full bottle which I was told I'd get a credit for upon it being returned. Energy Hero then seemingly lost both of my gas bottles and haven't been able to offer any explanation, apology, or form of compensation due to me missing out on a credit for the unused gas, so it turns out I didn't actually save any money switching. I've politely followed up monthly since December and they have simply stopped responding to emails and answering phone calls. First Julian (runs Energy Hero), and then Michael Glen (owner of Glenstar group). I was able to get in touch with Michael who told me he would sort it out but after our initial phone call I haven't been able to get back in touch with him as he is ignoring emails, phone calls, and texts. Absolutely appalling customer service and a complete unwillingness to accept responsibility and resolve the problem. The easy thing to do would have been to give me a credit for one gas bottle and the situation would have been made right.I've switched to LPG4U. Bottom line, if you want cheap bottles and poor customer service, go for Energy Hero. Just cross your fingers that nothing goes wrong and you don't need to deal with their abysmal customer service.
