Had a great time meeting the dedicated staff at the baby expo, was so overwhelmed but they talked me through the process and what would be better for my little man once he was out of a capsule.I had no idea that baby on the move hired!! This has made my life so much easier now I have his capsule sorted and will be in to go through buggy’s And everything else.The knowledge the team has (miklya helped me) is amazing and I definitely have no problem asking what I thought was stupid questions.Thanks team you have made my life so much easierSuzie and soon to come - baby Dax

What an incompetent employees. Confirmed over the phone that they have Medela Symphony was available in store (to rent, because it is medical grade) so my wife drove from Rotorua to Tauranga, to find out they didn't have it and they need to contact Medela. Complete waste of time! Please BotM train your staff better so they can assist the client in a proper way.

Amazing, friendly service.The beautiful ladies and husband were so helpful, generous & kind. I had 3 seats installed in my car. They made it eaay and stress free for me. Would recommend all families to use Baby on the move.

We purchased our new carseat from Sue at Baby on the Move Tauranga. Sue was a delight to deal with, she was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She even took the time to ensure the carseat was installed correctly and that we knew how to do it ourselves. They even offer a great service of three free installs when you purchase through them. We do a lot of travel so it was super important to us that we got the best carseat and it correctly installed. Thank you, Sue!

The best experience!Fena took heaps of time to explain all the pros and cons of about SEVEN different seats. She asked questions about our car, our future plans & other relevant information to make it personalized to us rather than the comparisons on YouTube, Forums & Blogs etc.Can't recommend the service/advice/experience enough. We got all the information we needed to make the perfect car seat choice for us.Not only that, the store had so much selection for all the others bits and pieces - from portacots & carriers, to clothes, bibs & baths.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I purchased a new car seat for my toddler. One of the staff even pushed my baby in her pram so I could concentrate on how to correctly install the seat.I understand the store is under new ownership as of a few weeks ago.

Best customer service experience in a long time! Every time we head in to Baby on the Move Tauranga they are always so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased our carseat from them and they helped us set it up for our son and even installed it in our car for us. It takes the pressure off knowing our son is safe in his seat and its fitted to him! I cannot recommend this business enough as they are so accomodating!

BMOT (Sue) made it so easy to return our product and find a resolution while we were in Tauranga from out of town. She went above and beyond to help us by showing us all products in store and how they are different to each other. I don't think il shop online next time will just go in and see her. Thanks again.
