An unusual serving counter that doesn’t encourage people to place an order. Entry to restaurant crammed with self serve machines that don’t encourage people to place an order with a staff member. Overflowing rubbish bins but good food.

This McDonald's was bloody disgusting floor was greasy in the eating area . Good and rubbish on floor and tables .. tables and restaurant area hadn't been wiped down what seemed like all dayCouldn't take photos of food prep area but it was loaded full of rubbish scattered all over the floorThe place was a tipFries were soggy and cold ! No salt it seamedBurgers were averageMissing sweet and sour sauceNot much good to say about this McDonald's

The restaurant was slammed with a lot of customers when we arrived so it took a little while for our large order to be prepared. Besides that, food was good and up to standard.Pleasant team.

Similar store like the others, small playground and no outside seating. Three out of the four vending totens were out of order, delaying our orders. Aside of that, seems clean and decent. Few customers on the Boxing Day. We ordered a shared box , came in quickly and in order.

Took money, no food.After drive through, food never came. Attempted to complain but no staff would serve counter. Only a few staff members on duty and clearly stressed. No response to email so far.

Have only had a few issues with getting orders wrong or missing items but recently it's been pretty good. Food quality/staff care seems to have improved too. Slightly above average for a maccas

Drive through experience was poor. We had been traveling for hours and were really hungry. Dinner was ordered at 5:54pm at the drive thru. We were happy to wait in a designated carpark for our meal, only to be delivered undercooked chips that were luke warm and limp. The Almighty burger wasn’t tasty AT ALL, and to top it all off if you were blindfolded you wouldn’t know what flavour your milkshake was. The staff could learn a lot from the Thames branch. We’ve never had a bad meal there in 20 years.

This has to be the fastest service from order to food being ready. Wow, hats off to tue team, store so busy, yet orders are flying out the door. You could teach the other stores a thing or two, you should be proud of this team. The only thing is that if someone could go around cleaning tables, then you would have a full 5 stars

The restaurant was a mess, rubbish bins overflowing and a mess on alot of the tables. Bathrooms were also long overdue for a tidy. Food sub par, had to return one burger as overflowing with sauce made it impossible to pick up and eat, Mcflurry made and left on bench before order complete so requested another that wasn't sloppy. It was warmer outside the building then inside with air conditioning set to artic. Staff having a great time laughing and messing about and finding it funny when customers returning food.
