Was moving gear from Wellington to Napier. When dropping the trailer off I asked for the address of drop off to be texted and was promptly told that I could “fu##ing find it myself, it’s not that hard mate”. Absolutely unacceptable customer service in the Waipukurau branch, would not recommend to anybody.Richard in the Wellington branch was very friendly/helpful so perhaps stay away from Waipukurau only.
