Though it's a bit pricey, it's been nostalgic seeing snacks I'd see from my childhood in Japan. It's very much worth it especially now when covid's basically made it impossible to visit Japan. Sometimes I buy treats to drop off at my boyfriends house so he can try some stuff I grew up on. Staff are very sweet and it seems like all of them speak Japanese :)

Has a great selection of authentic Japanese products, staff are always super pleasant and helpful. Always quick through the checkout too, very easy to pop in and grab some ingredients. Great frozen section.

Don't usually post reviews, but was shocked at my encounter this morning. I went to go pay for my items and I had a pak n save bag with me, which contained my shopping from the pharmacy next door. I was shocked when asked by the person at the front counter if he can look inside my bag as if I had stolen something!!!!! I told him to cancel the transaction, which he sounded surprised about and walked out. Pity because they have nice goods, but I will not be returning to this business.

Always enjoy shopping here. Great range of fascinating household items, interesting food lines clearly labelled for the non-Japanese speaking customers. I agree with other reviewers; staff are friendly, polite and helpful.Love the Pocky" range. Perfect store to stock the Christmas gift hampers."

The Milford location Japan Mart is lovely. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The store is a little smaller than the Newmarket store but nevertheless still has a good range of goods.

Helpful staff that know their products and can help you. Please exercise patience as English is not their first language, I say this after a rude and impatient lady was visibly annoyed by the language barrier. It was completely unnecessary.
