Great veterinarians who care about your special whanau members.

These people charged me for an operation they never even did. Then they had me coming in 3 times a week for 6 weeks to change dressings on a surgery they never even performed. They then referred me to a specialist in Auckland, thinking that it would be way too expensive for me to follow up. When I met with the specialist he informed me that none of the work they charged me for had been done. I thought it was strange how they would always take him out the back to change the dressings rather than do it in the surgery where they do everything else. They charged me more than $2500 and the only thing they actually did was give him a xray and some painkillers. Now my dog has a disability for the rest of his life which could have been easily avoided if these vets were even remotely competent. I have been taken advantage of in the worst possible way. They are a criminal organization that does not care about anything other than taking your money. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Really good with my dogs

They my saved my cat's life. I called desperate for help and even though they were super busy they had us bring him in immediately. They did everything they could. Looked after him well and communicated with me clearly throughout the week. Thank you for saving Tom Tom. He's family to us.

I recently took our dog here for a condition we have been trying to get fixed elsewhere else for a long time .They were very thorough in diagnosing the issue and yes it cost for the blood tests and medicine required but they got the job done while the other place just kept giving us the same wrong answer with the same wrong medication (which was wasted money).Very happy to finally get on top of our Family Dogs issues..Thanks guys for making the effort to sort it all out once and for all.
