I ordered from App today, and I stood at the entrance for 3 minutes without anyone attending to me. A male at the front counter rudely informed me that the meal haven't been started coz their terminal wasn't turned on, without any apologies and even refusing to make eye contact while speaking.

1/ Another that has been a favourite takeaway for their dumplings, but tonight, decided to dine in, generous servings and everything was very tasty, a most enjoyable meal.2/ Their dumplings always make this restaurant a destination for a meal, you won’t be disappointed.

Regular place to order for our Uber eats deliveries. Its always yum and fresh. Always get the fastest drivers too! I always enjoy the braised pork belly! with the rice! Super goooood!!! Soup dumplings are delicious, best ive had. Definitely continue with this place, stop and dine in also!!

My all time favourite Chinese restaurant never disappointed me in quality and of the quantity of food. One of the best Chinese restaurant ambience. Customer service vary on the days. Because I have had days with the best customer service and opposite of it in 1, 2 occasions.

Had lunch here, sorry but couldn’t enjoy anything, everything was too salty for me, plus unwelcoming staff and poor service, would not go back.

We had dinner here recently. It was not the Chinese restaurant we expected but pleasant and comfortable. Self-service...get your own bowls, fork, spoon etc etc. Corkage was very high, per head count. The charge was not expected from a place like that. So don't BYO. As for the food, they were normal, not something special. Taste was acceptable. Not many parking space.

it was a disappointing experience. we drive all the way from city, the dishes we had were not authentic shanghai street food. Xiaolongbao was not bad, 9 out of 10, the rest probably just 5 out of 10. We ordered a traditional tofu soup, it was tasteless. And crispy pork ribs was soggy. Even braised pork belly wasn't authentic, maybe 6/10.The staff here were nice and friendly.

As an Shanghainese I can say it’s really authentic! It definitely exceeded my expectation since it’s hard to find a good Shanghainese food place in Auckland. The place is clean and staff were nice. Will definitely recommend to everyone! I don’t understand why the rating is so low.

Very bad service. Ordered through Uber eats and we didn’t get half of what we ordered. We called them and they said that we need to go to them to get the rest of our order!!!! And they wouldn’t reimburse us for their mistake. On top of that the food was average, too greasy and just not worth the effort and the money. Not going back to them for sure.
