Loved it, beautiful service great communication I had a hot stone massage and an essential oil massage walked out feeling fabulous. Hooked from the start so cant wait to go back.

I felt great after I had a massage. She worked really hard to loosen the muscles on my shoulders. The massage gave me a good night sleep. I will definitely go back!

My husband and I traveled fromAuckland to rotorua abs went for a massage yesterday with lotus and had such a horrible experience. The old lady didn’t talk, didn’t ask me amd my husband about what and how We wanted to be massaged. We both asked for deep tissue yet the massage was very soft and didn’t really feel like a Thai massage. Hardly spent any time massaging it’s like she didn’t care and charged $2 for using my Eftpos such rip off. Can get way better massage else where.I have been getting Thai traditional massage for 10 years never had such horrible massage like this placeNo stretching she asked me to stretch myself .Overall poor experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had a 90 minute massage with Goo today and it was wonderful. I have had many Thai massages over the years and this one is right up there with the best. She is very attentive to your needs and hits all the right spots with her skilled fingers and hands. I would thoroughly recommend a massage here and will definitely go back when I'm in Rotorua again. It was freezing cold and I couldn’t wait for it to end. I’ve been to a lot of Thai massages and they are usually very warm and comfortable.The young lady didn’t talk, didn’t ask me about what and how I wanted to be massaged. I had to tell her to apply more pressure. Still the massage was very soft and didn’t really feel like a Traditional Thai massage. Hardly spent any time massaging my back which is usually the main spot.No stretching either.Overall poor experience.

Outstanding!!! I asked for deep tissue massage and the therapist exceeded my expectations! Very professional, courteous and skilled. A grand 10 for the therapist.
