Dirty, cs they didnt greet us. All standing around looking like they have nothing to do. Waited for 10mmts for food. Good came out and cold, not a good start to first time trying carls jr.

It was take out but yeah, burger was great. I just wish I could get a burger where the bun didn't feel like it was sprayed with water mist, just give me fresh bread not a bun dampened just so that it is not dry, not great

Clean and tidy. Service and staff were friendly. The order was so fast I think it's the fastest order I've ever received so fast before. The cheeseburger however was a bit cold but still good tasty and all. All the rest of the food was fantastic. Highly recommend

Whatever they have done to the food, it tastes good. The meat is full of Flavour and the salad tastes fresh in the burgers. The fries are great too. My meal came out (eat in) before I had even finished pouring my drink on the dispenser. Atmosphere is marked low as the tables that were empty still have crumbs over them. It was busy, but this could be better.

Did an online order and the order wasn't ready as per their pickup time.People were served faster in the drive thru. Waited 18 minutes for my order.Poor excuses from staff.Remove the online service if you can't deliver to your service commitments.The food is still awesome value for money.

Pleasantly surprised that our food was all good. Burger was made well and fresh. Chips were cooked well and not too much salt and the chicken tenders were really tender. Glad that you can still get decent takeaways late!

Haven't been for a while so thought we'd give it a go again.. Pretty average overall, middle of day, very quiet, but dirty tables everywhere. Guy taking order struggled to understand me, had to repeat several times. Food so expensive compared to competition and burger meat was gristly. Won't be going back.. Shame really, Carls used to be a real premium experience.
