I've rung twice. Once, cut off after an hour on hold.The second time is now: 64mins on hold so far, after being told there was a 12 minute wait.Are these phones manned even?

Disappointing, recommendation to contact by Consumer Protection, question I wanted clarification on was 'am I entitled to a paper statement from the water company we use if I am in credit'? Waited quite a while (0800#), to be advised I live in an area not covered by the service (Waipa) so unable to give information! On the plus side the person I spoke to was pleasant
