Great TEAM to deal with. I sent in a request on a Monday, all sorted and new garage door opener installed by Friday. James has had a lot of experience on the tools and in the industry therefore he knows the product and very helpful.Brock the technician/installer very efficient and competent worker who made several adjustments to the door to make the new opener compatible and work more efficiently.Overall I was most impressed. Had s difficult install with very little headroom, they made and installed the door that work very well and looks great. Highly recommend their products.

We had 3 tilting garage doors replaced with 2 roller doors, one small and one a double.Despite dents in the double door when it arrived from the their south Island factory, Dominator North Shore came to the party and replaced the doors without any problem for us. Their after sales service was extremely helpful and Mark and his team were wonderful. Even ensuring that all was ok and getting us connected to our remotes and cell phones.I would definitely be contacting Dominator North Shore for any future garage doors sales and service.Well done team and thank you for standing by your product.

DOMINATOR scheduled me in straight away when my garage door was damaged to the point it would no longer open. This was a huge help because I need to charge my all electric vehicle. They were so understanding and prompt.We ended up needing to replace the 20 year old motor. I received updates by text about scheduling, it was really easy to get in touch with DOMINATOR and have clear communication.We got the new smart system, the technicians were just awesome. They programmed all the remotes for us, guided us through the app set up, and explained all the features. They made the whole process fast and easy.We're quite pleased with the new system, it's so quiet, and the app tells us if the door is open or closed. It's possible to grant others temporary access in the mobile app, or open the door remotely for parcel deliveries. Too good!
