Nike Riccarton

Came into the store not too long ago and loved the vibe and selection. Everyone was very welcoming and I had a especially great interaction with a worker by the name of Elia. He was very friendly and confident and had lots of insight to the products in store. Thank you to the team at Nike Riccarton, I would highly recommend shopping here!

Stopped in to look at running jackets. I’m no expert but Elia showed me a couple of great options in different sizes and left me alone to figure out what works for me instead or hovering or being pushy. They didn’t have the right size but he arrange for one to be shipped from a different store, it arrived today, I’m stoked with my purchase, thanks Elia

I had the worst service at a store for a long time, after serving myself Jayden finally came over, the jacket I tried was super high and I had difficulty reaching myself. When he approached with no smile and the barest of greetings. I gave him the jackets not need, we had found the correct size and had already decided we would like to buy it. Jaydens reaction was pause as if to say can’t you put them back yourself, he finally took them from me. It was really unprofessional, when I gave him the jacket saying I would like to please purchase. He didn’t want me to hand it to him (gee I thought he was supposed to sell clothes) and as he walked away to put something back he grumbled about putting it on the counter. When I paid Jayden didn’t even say thanks and have a great day. 101 customer service fail!!! I will never shop in the Riccarton store again! Other shoppers I don’t even want to give the store a 1x star but was unable to post without it

This place has been hit n miss since jasmine the old manager left. Today I looked around waiting for help while FOUR of the staff sat behind the counter gas bagging. Might as well buy online, no need to keep this store alive. Only bright spot in the place is Caleb or Callum ( I can’t remember his name). He’s the person that has some sense of customer service.

I was there this morning.two staffs were standing having a chat , when i ask one of them if they can get me medium size of nike underwear he immediately said they don't have this size and what is there is the last size.i did not believe him so i asked the female staff sure is she got me exactly what i asked.the staff i asked was male and got an almost bald hair. He is lazy or i dont know why he would lie to me about not having the size that i wanted. He did not even check.I appreciate the female staff for great costumer service.

For a flagship store the range here is absolutely rubbish.The staff are always helpful, but everything sold here can be found at rebel sport for cheaper.I would happily spend money here if they had signature Nike range. Women’s range is the worst- no alpha fly, zoom fly etc.it’s very disappointing as I always have to revert to buying online and waiting weeks without the benefit of trying on to check size first.At least bring the women’s line up to the same range as men’s.I would expect a flagship store to range exclusively available signature range especially as you cannot purchase anywhere in Christchurch.

Came in store today and was blown away by the service. The lovely guy who helped me out, I think his name was Elia, took his time to offer me heaps of different shoes as well as signing me up to the Nike app which took 10% off! Thanks Nike Riccarton, will definitely be back :)

We had Reuben help us today at the Riccarton store and he was extremely helpful and patient helping us to try different styles of shoes. We have been to about 8 other shoe stores this week and have had little to no help. Reuben exceeded our expectations and gave us honest helpful customer service. He listened to our needs/wants so well to give me options that suited what I was after. Will definitely be back to get more help. He wasn’t pushy at all but was so knowledgeable about his products as well as other alternatives on the market. He made us feel very welcomed and comfortable in his store. We will definitely go to see him again next time we are after shoes!
