Cuchi Furniture

Terrible experience after 5 false eta's & no communication on Cuchi's behalf.. still no furniture to be seen and not one update with out us asking them for one!

Couldn’t be happier with my delivery today! Super speedy. Thank you to the lovely Ingrid who helped me in store - so friendly and transparent. I’ll be back.

Purchased a manor table and matching concrete stools. As well as an umbrella. Fancy shop and website, but poor quality stuff and lack of after sales support from the store. Stools arrived with chips in corners and later developed cracks, no response to emails asking store to make it right. Umbrella had been advertised as 'Sunbrella' fabric - this was simply not true! Store did respond to emails on that and to be fair have corrected their website. But I'd avoid this place - overpriced stuff they probably source from the same manufacture as TradeTested, with none of the support you'd expect from high end retail.

Poor service, I have to say they are a little arrogant. They tended to ignore me and turned to serve another mid-aged white lady...when I asked one of the staff about the brochure, she just asked me to check it online...speechless

Bought our table we found on the net, but had to ask for service. Don't worry the lady dressed in linen got served straight away and didn't buy anything.. book by its cover?

Terrible communication including 3 false etas given over the 16 week delivery time. Unwilling to admit any fault, and very arrogant. Seemed so nice when were shopping for our couch. Shame they couldn't maintain that once sale was made.

Purchased a table in July. Was told it would arrive in November. Then December. Then confirmed" January. Then a "hard date for February". Now maybe March. I understand the supply issues the world has but it is the fact every time it is us having to contact them and having the same conversation. If they know a date has changed then they should contact the customer.... Not wait until a "hard date for delivery" upon which we need to find out what is going on and be disappointed again when we have to call them. Literally the worst service I have ever had from any company and that is not hyperbole. Zero stars. Don't purchase anything from cuchi unless you want your time wasted

I very rarely complain but people need to be aware of the poor experience I had with Cuchi. My couches turned up with marks on them and I was made to feel like it was my fault. I was forced into making a $1400 insurance claim for one cushion cover, and then had to wait four months for it to arrive. I needed to use my credit note and when I enquired about a sideboard, Jeremy told me the price had gone up by $400, he just hadn't updated the website yet. Very arrogant, if anything goes wrong post the sale, you're in for a battle. Be warned!

Fantastic service. Inquired on line, reply was extremely quick with my questions answered immediately. Delivered next day. Cantilever umbrella was just as described on website. Really happy with Jeremy and the team. Thanks

We purchased an outdoor table which we noticed was cracked upon arrival. We emailed the showroom swiftly with photos highlighting the crack on the table. Cuchi acknowledged the damage yet it's been 3 weeks and after countless emails and calls, we still haven't received our replacement table (as promised by Jeremey, the owner of Cuchi).Jeremy has terrible communication skills and has absolutely no understanding of customer service. The crack in the table has worsened over the last 3 weeks as it sits in the rain. We are unsure if we will ever receive a new table. It's a real shame as we love their furniture. If you thinking about purchasing from Cuchi, do not expect them to follow through on replacements or compensation for any damaged goods.
