We just moved out of our rental in rolleston. Venture management were super speedy with getting us into a rental, and the house was great. But werent very prompt at all with replies and following things up once we were in the rental which was frustrating at first hence the 4 stars. It wasnt until Tom took over and was looking after us. Tom was amazing and i cannot recommend him enough. So prompt with replies and always made sure things were sorted when i messaged him. I was super nervous about the break-lease process as there are so many bad reviews about the moving out process... This was not the case for us. Tom helped make this process super fast and easy for us. If you decide to rent with venture management, i highly recommend asking for Tom to look after you. Tom helped us by making a stressful process much easier. Thank you Tom. You deserve all the recognition!

I recently had dealings with Venture Management Christchurch, and all I can say is that I received one of the best ever experiences with property management in my time of renting properties.I had the pleasure of interacting with Kim Jones, who showed exceptional care towards her work, as she struck an intuitive balance between the best interests of not only the landlord, but the tenants/would be tenants, too.I would 100% recommend renting through Venture Management because of this interaction, and I hope to deal with Kim and Venture again in the future.

Worst company experience ever and Caitlin Blanchfield has to be the worst person who lacks professionalism to talk to its customers. Found out about one of property I applied for was rented because the add was taken out from trademe which is really unprofessional and unfair.

I am currently renting through Venture Management and cannot recommend them higher! I have dealt with many rental companies over the years and Venture Property have by far been the easiest to deal with. Communication with them has always been easy and punctual and any issues that may arise have been dealt with very promptly. They are great at keeping us up to date with everything regarding our property and the process of signing our house was very seamless. I have mostly dealt with Senior Property Manager Linda Forsyth and I have found her extremely professional and attentive to all our needs. Would definitely recommend Venture Management to anyone looking to rent a property.

I had a few experiences with property management companies in Auckland, most of them are so busy and don t show that special treatment to tenants as clients while Venture Management gave me the best experience And treatment I have ever had in the last 7 years renting house in Auckland. The Team is professional, polite, supportive, special thanks to Krystle, Linda, Angela, Sarah and Tom for their amazing Job. If I am able to I will stay as long as possible with this company. They are great!!! Highly recommended them. Even with those busy days they give us all attention, tenants and landlords are well supported by them. Congrats for the way you guys are working in this market. Well done!!! :D

Venture Management Christchurch have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Right from viewing the property, to resolving any issues, Sarah has been a pleasure to work with. The whole process of applying to rent a property was easy, and Sarah was quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Worst landlords ever. Venture management are scammers. We moved in to a rental that already had patches of dead grass. We cleaned the place spotless including the bins and ALL drains in the home and they made us pay to redo the grass that was already dead when we moved in. Even though through every single inspection they never once mentioned anything about the grass. We always got emails telling us we never paid rent or had outstanding amounts that always came back as a mistake on there side as well. If you are planning on going into a rental that is managed by venture management. Don’t. You will regret it. I will never recommend you to anyone

Venture property management are an awesome company to deal with. We have been renting from them for the past 2 years. The property managers are polite and responsive. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a property management company.

While staying in the property it was nice and didn’t have much interaction with the managers. But moving out of the house is a huge pain. The paperwork process and signing same documents twice has made me rethink my decision. The moving out process is unprofessional and property managers do not try to help and get it done faster. I have left the property nearly 4 months ago but the paper work is still pending as the team is not great with coordinating. Their properties are good and new, but be ready for the managing style.

Our property manager is absolutely useless at responding to any concerns we have with the property, it took almost 2 months for her to get our faulty smoke alarms replaced which had us feeling very unsafe. And a heap of other issues that I won't get into right now. And now to top it off, she had scheduled a house inspection that she never turned up to and never communicated to us, we both took off work for this to be home. She then rescheduled it to the next day and never showed up to that either. Our time with Venture Management has been nothing but frustrating. I had formally complained but never heard anything back.
