The last 3-4 times I've visited Spark, the service has been really poor. I went in today and just found the guy quite arrogant and didn't let me explain my question and when I tried, he talked over top of me and gave me an answer that wasn't relevant.

Fantastic service - they were very busy but I was served quickly and the salesman that looked after me was exceptional - he didn’t make me feel like an old pensioner without a clue about cellphone technology and that was much appreciated. Because of his manner and polite demeanour, the whole experience was excellent. He certainly made me feel at ease - helpful advice also sorted out an issue that had been concerning me.

Pretty abysmal customer experience. There's no direction on where to wait for a member of staff to help you, so you end up just standing around awkwardly waiting to be approached - and that's even if they approach you. I watched another customer in the store ask an employee if she could get some help only to be told they were dealing with someone else and she'd have to wait. I spent about 20 minutes this morning waiting to pick up an online order before a member of staff became available.**Edit: Also the staff member provided false information in store about my wearable plan activating itself on my new smartwatch, causing me to have to follow up with Spark days later to get the plan loaded. Dropped to 1 star

Pretty shocking customer service. Grabbed some headphones and just wanted to pay for them. Staff seemed confused about this. Asked if there was warranty on the item told not on accessories… which is untrue. Then asked if I can put it onto my account told I had already paid for them so I can’t… Pretty average.

Alright customer service at the store, and that's where it ends completely.For the top plan they have to offer, this company is probably the worst ISP and mobile net quality out.Absolutely unbelievable.Been with them only 2-3 days, and I have to cancel. Speeds as low as 2-3 mbps, and I'm in the city.I'm honestly lost for words..Waiting for a callback from them now, 45 minutes they said.All because I can't seem to enter my name, as it repeatedly says, it's the name on the billing invoice.Save yourself the angst and give these guys a miss pretty gutted when I saw all the other negative feedback.

Unprofessional and ruder staff, brought an iPhone from the store. I have experienced an issue with the phone straight away and staff couldn’t solve the issue at all.

Poor customer service particularly with this branch. I am having a rethink if I could change my network provider due to my experience with the staff. I think they really need more training on how to relate with customers. Waiting over 45 minutes for minor things that could be rectified with yes or no answer is unacceptable.
