Very disrespectful Management from owner

I purchased a Vertigo MX3-N about 4 months ago. Beautifully finished machine, and I'm happy I went with the larger bed! No issues with ordering or delivery, and I'm really impressed with the mechanical rigidity and assembly. The attention to detail with regards to the finish is really good, and overall, really good value for the money paid, especially when the after sales service is taken into account.I have been in touch with the owner, Aidas, on a couple of occasions since my purchase. He has gone above and beyond what I would expect any service levels to be, and it's been a pleasure to deal with him! I've come unstuck on more than one occasion, even after hours, and he's been happy to help... Five star service, mate!If you're looking for a solid product with excellent backup service, take a serious look at these machines first!Richard - Cambridge

This business used to exist. They came and helped fix my machine in November 2020. No idea whats happend to them.
