Had two different deliveries in the same week, dropped off at two different locations, with my address clearly written in big letters. Had to pay local courier company to pick them up and deliver to me as post haste wouldn't fix their stuff up. Unfortunately I couldn't give 0 stars.

Although the staff is friendly my overnight courier packages over the last 2 months have sat in Dunedin an average of 4-14 days before being delivered to my door. I'm aware I can collect but that's not what I pay for nor have time for. Each time I've had to call at least once and in one case 4 times when my overnight package had been sitting in their depot for 14 days. Just too slow.

Lady on the phone is the most unhelpful customer service I’ve spoken to. I sent a couple of things through Pass the Parcel - wasn’t picked up for 1.5 weeks - kept calling and always got told to call in the morning; called in the morning; same issue. 1.5 weeks later, picked up - took another week for it to go Out for Delivery, then another day they didnt even bother. 2 WEEKS LATER, a parcel I sent 10km away from my house, it got delivered and an angry Facebook marketplace customer who got twisted. I could walk there faster or use NZ COURIERS/NZ POST/ARAMEX.

When we went to pick the parcel up after the card was delivered, it was still out with the driver. Told we could get in Sat morning -but on Sat morning everything was locked. I tried numerous times to get a redelivery organised but couldn't get past first screen. So I emailed. Fast reply and now have redelivery sorted and fingers crossed the parcel arrives soon. So website needs fixing but top marks on speedy reply to email.

Will not leave goods or take authority to leave goods unattended. This results in the customer jumping through hoops to effect redelivery and further delay receipt as they always try to deliver when I'm at work. I will never use them for my business and tell everyone I come across who uses them that they are a terrible service. UGH.

I really appreciate being a post haste customer, their couriers pick up regularly as expected and any time a parcel goes AWOL it always gets found and often delivered within 24 hours. What more can you ask. Great customer service, thank you.

In the past have had good experiences with Post Haste, but this time they mucked up everything: o/n courier took 3 business days to arrive, and when I called to ask why tracking showed it was held in the Dunedin depot they claimed I had to get back to the sender to check the tracking number because that package was in Auckland (it was not - I was looking at their own tracking site), then the reason why it was not delivered was that my address is not there" (it most certainly is

Had two things delivered from post haste. And all of them had problems. Leaving card without attempting delivery. The other one was too heavy for the driver and just left at the depot until I called them. They got someone else to deliver it. But didn’t give me any update before I called. If I buy something again online, I’ll definitely ask the seller to send me through other courier.

Had to call post haste in regards to a package today and their call team were professional, friendly and had every answer to my question. They had to call me back and made sure they did fast and no messing around. The courier drivers were great also no complaints at all with this business. They are definitely the best.if I could do more stars with would be 10 stars.

Took weeks to deliver item although tracking said it was in city. Don't answer phone calls or emails and when they finally did deliver it they delivered it to a random address even though the parcel clearly stated my address.
