Wouldn’t recommend going to northlands. I recently visited where two young girls were sitting behind the counter gossiping the entire time to the point I felt so uncomfortable I left. Will be taking my money elsewhere.

The staff were great and very helpful. Unfortunately when I went to pay, they had to inform me they didn't accept cash ! I did make a comment that I was under the impression that cash was legal tender. So I would love to give the staff 5 stars, but management would only get 1 star.

The store manager - Patricia helped me today. I walked in for just a look and ended up walking away with two new garments!! She was so helpful, kind, respected my budget, had awesome product knowledge and bought me lots of options. It is a well presented store and will recommend it to my friends! Thank you!!

Amazing lady served me today... It's been years since I had a proper fitting and I was alittle nervous as I'm no longer young and slim. She was very friendly and professional which put my nerves at ease. Helped with my purchases. I highly recommend.
