The staff in northwest branch are so nice to us. Including manager Rae, Lesley, Joanna. Lesley is really good at examining the eyes. My whole family came and checked. I got my contact lens. They are great! This is the store that my whole family will come.

The Optometrist ‘Lesley’ and her trainee optometrist ‘Rose’ have tested my eyes yesterday. They are very thorough, professional, and exceptional in their job. I am very much pleased to recommend them highly. At the front desk, ‘Rae’ is very pleasant, and courteous too. Thank you all.

Sharing my recent experience with OPSM Northwest store to warn other people so that hopefully they won’t fall into the same experience. I myself won’t visit the store or probably any other of them again.I recently visited the store for the very first time for an appointment. The store was quiet while I was the only customer there during my visit.Unfortunately, throughout my visit, the staff on duty decided to demonstrate little professionalism in customer service, nor empathy. As a result, my visit was cut short and no service was done, which I hadn’t seen coming. My travel and time was wasted. I left the store feeling very unhappy.Just to be clear, there was no argument nor heated exchange of words of any kind, because I chose to play my part to keep cool and show kindness as much as I could as a fellow human till I left, although I was already feeling very uncomfortable at the time.I kept this review comment somewhat brief and general without much detail to prevent retaliation. And I wanted to urge other people to be warned and think twice before doing business with them for your own protection.Kind regards to the readers.

My experience is great overall, the staff was nice and friendly. They are professional and warm to their customers.The optometrist ( Lesley ), who conducted my eye test was very pleasant to talk to and highly knowledgeable in her field of work.The store itself looks cool and charming with a great collection of frames.Overall experience 10/10 - a great place to have an eye test with, if you’re looking for a friendly and professional optometrist.

Staff were very friendly and approachable and insightful and super helpful with frame selection. Optometrist was very onto it and taught me more about my eyes than any other optometrist I’ve been too.Overall great experience. Will be coming back!
