The entire team (business manager, sales manager) were so professional. I bought RAV4 and I am so happy and at peace after doing the transaction with Orix. 5 big stars !

I would like to share with you my experience of my latest vehicle purchase from Orix Vehicle sales ( Auckland branch ) it was a pleasant and enjoyable event. From first stepping onto the Vehicle yard I felt comfortable to just wonder looking over the great selection of vehicles. I found a Ute ( 2020 Holden Colorado) that suited my requirements I spoke to Bula Manilal who was knowledgeable and setup a test drive I had looked and test driven a number of Ute’s over the previous days so was well acquainted with the vehicle. Having decided to purchase the vehicle as it was the best appointed and valued the process was simple apart from arriving too late for money transfer but was able to pickup the next morning. I would certainly look to Orix for my next vehicle.

Great selection of cars. Painless purchasing process. Dane was a champion to deal with.All around a great experience. The car was also very reasonably priced and no pushy tactics.

Excellent, trustworthy place to buy a car from. Very professional atmosphere and high quality stock available - all cars have had proper servicing. Salespeople don’t use pressure tactics and are genuine and trustworthy, family has bought five cars through them now.

Absolutely best service from Dane, we had looked for a long time and had specific “must haves” He found it for us and nothing was a problem and he answered my million questions without hesitation and fixed any little issue - over and above…will definitely go back to Orix - such well looked after vehicles. Our mechanic could not fault our car!!

Would give this place 6 stars if it were possible . They excel in customer service , I have purchased two cars from them and couldn’t be happier . There is no “ hard sell “ , and no game playing. Just a good , honest car dealership.
