I had a couple of old diamond rings which I wanted to have made into a broach. Chris sat down and listened to my idea and helped with a sketch. The end piece is beautiful and something I can pass onto my daughter and she knows it history. Thanks Chris.

Rude customer service. Older woman at the front mishandled my request for jewellery alteration. After dealing with this woman I no longer felt confident leaving my jewellery in her hands.

One of the best customer experiences I have had since moving to New Zealand! Just about to close on a Saturday, the sales lady (I'm ashamed to say I didn't get her name) took the time to go far beyond my expectations by doing a small alteration of an item I did not even purchase from them. This kind of amazing customer service is very rare these days, and will not go unrewarded. You have my business for life! Thank you for the great and friendly service - I cant recommend you highly enough! We'll be back very soon!
