Overall not terrible however the floor in front of the soda machine was wet and sticky. No trays any more for dine in so we used our napkins as a table cloth. Paper ones would be better. Prices are ok.. food was a bit cold as well.

Used Uber Eats. That part was the positive star. BK forgot my large drink. The burgers looked like someone had sat on them and the sauce squirted out. Ontop of that you cannot ring for a refund as their phone is busy.ALL THE TIME. There is just no quality control it is really bad especially for the price you pay.

Uber delivered the bag pristine and tightly sealed. Open it, and the large fries were missing (and the straw somehow?). Burger was burnt, hard, and cold (it's only a 10 minute drive to my house). A hard piece of lettuce had a short curly hair that I'm hoping to god is a beard hair. $25 for the worst dinner I've had in a long time. It's worth paying the extra money and time to get it delivered from Ward st.

Really disappointing burgers were half the size they used to be place was unclean floor dirty tables not clean. Makes me laugh because you compare yourselves to McDonalds yet you are pretty much the same. Will stick to Wendys were you get alot more burger for your $$

Absolute WORST BK i've ever been to!The staff looked untidy.The counters were dirty.Burgers were stone cold and the meat looked steamed and grey.The bathrooms...just GROSS!!!! Whoever is managing that branch needs a lesson in good hygiene.Would give zero stars is I could.

The toilets were disgusting, there was no baby changing table, the floor by the drinks machine was wet and slippery so the 1 wet sign was useless. They managed to screw up 1 customers order and didn't seem to care and when asked for serviettes you're made to feel like a nuisance. If they're trying to get less customers then they're going the right way about it.

Good feed, but I went in wearing red shoes and three young gentlemen asked me what sized shoe I wore. I told them I was a size nine and they politely asked me to come outside so they could give me some free food. Of course I obliged, but I was ambushed and my shoes were taken from me. Friendly staff.
