Our family used Fiona over four years ago - she was wonderful and down to earth. Our father had a natural burial (which he had an opportunity to work with Fiona to plan in advance!) and Fiona also helped with a ceremony later. Highly recommend Fiona if you want something a little different from a more distanced, traditional burial.

My family engaged Fiona for my brother’s send off. If you are looking to plan a personalised (non cookie cutter), contemporary funeral, I cannot recommend her enough. As ‘out of towners’ we relied on her superb supplier recommendations to ensure nothing felt dated/stuffy, and the day honestly reflected my brother, Hamish.We found Fiona to be personable, practical and transparent. We appreciated her warm home-like premises and contemporary approach which meant everything from the service sheets to casket options were design led.

I hope I never have to do business with Broadbent and May ever again, which, given the business they are in, is no sleight on them. But should the sadness of death ever visit our family again, I would definitely ask Fiona to help us. I have experienced their kind, professional and down to earth caring manner of assisting family through the death of a loved one, and I cannot possibly offer high enough praise.

Fiona was absolutely wonderful dealing with the death of my wife. I can't speak highly enough of her. Her ideas for the funeral were perfect, and a fantastic celebration of my darlings life.
