Company vehicle passing dangerously in Coromandel, had a very serious near miss where he put my family and 3 other vehicles in grave danger. Contact details only show a landline so posting here. They continued to drive dangerously after the near miss.

Watch out for this place, the products are good but the guy who operates it Graham, is really nasty and unfriendly, to the point where he wont answer phone calls that lead to sales and will tell you not to waste his time.

I highly encourage you do not order anything from EastWest as long as it is managed by this guy named Graeme! When I asked him to send me the dimension of a simple hopper that we ordered, he said it is their know how! and they delayed the manufacture for several weeks without apologies! This is the first time I am writing a negative review about something but this guy is super rude and arrogant!

Rude and arrogance at it's finest. Do not go here. I have warned you.

I was speaking to Graham I believe there. He is the most rude and difficult person I have ever dealt with.Highly unprofessional and Slandered the oppositions cages saying they are not compliant then hung up..... This was over us wanting pricing on their units as we wanted options and didn't have an exact unit in mindIt was a bizarre interaction, he needs a change in mannerisms or hire someone that's palatableHe just lost out on a large sale.I wouldn't even rate them 1 star

Graeme is one of the rudest people ever. Embarrassment to the company

Graeme provided me the strangest ever dealing I have ever had with a human ,I just asked to see the different caster wheels for a bin before I decided to buy with or without wheels. I was forced to my car to show I'd to try and prove I was who I said I was ,had my paperwork taken from me and gone through in the hunt to prove I was lying about where I was from. When I asked what he thought he was doing when he walked away with all my documents to his dark dungeon office he got angry and told me to get off his propertyIn end he pretty much kicked me out building recording me on his phone and threatening to call my company insisting It would prove I wasn't from where I was from, Weird. Scary.Looking for alternative supplier noticed the 1 other google review a year ago ,absolutely had to add review, 1st time reviewer.

A very disappointing experience. The National Sales Manager [Graeme Butler] was rude, arrogant and abusive. I am exceptionally surprised that he is allowed to continue in a customer service role when he treats customers with such disdain and disrespect. If I could give a negative star rating I would. It is a real shame as the products fabricated by this company are of good quality but the repeat business would be lost as a direct result of interactions with Graeme.
