There website clearly states that they will be open at 9am on Thursdays yet when I got there at 9:05 the lady told me that she was was not ready to serve me yet which I understood and left. However I came back around 9:20, and the lady told me she still was not ready to serve me. This was very inconvenient for me as I had a meeting to be at and came there especially for the gong cha under the impression that they would be open and be able to serve me from 9. Oh and on top of that this lady had a very rude and unbothered tone when I showed her that the website said you open at 9. This is very unprofessional from there side and should consider coming around 8:30 to open the shop and get it ready to serve. And the people normally serving are rude or completely ignore you and serve you after 5 minutes of you just waiting for them to take your order. I get y'all are tired but it feels like we are bothering you by asking you to get us drink when you are literally working there for that soul purpose.

Poor customer service and very unfriendly staff!I used to get Gongcha tea at Sylvia park quite often this year but today was the last time.The young slender man of Asian origin was super unfriendly and when I handed him my loyalty card for a stamp he never returned it. Once he gave my drink I politely asked if he could return my loyalty card (it was nearly full and ready for next reward) he looked at me and gave me brand new card with one stamp. When I approached him he looked at me and walked away. What a terrible attitude. The other worker (a young blonde girl) was on her break that time and just watched this. Both of them should not be working in hospitality if they're lazy and don't have right skills.

The food what so good! There was enough tea milk and pearls. There was a bit of a long line but worth the wait. The workers were nice as well

I went to Slyvia Park today around 7pm ish and I went to the Gongcha counter to order my drink. When it was my turn to order, I spent 1 minute looking at your menu and your staff member roll her eyes and was not patient. I ordered a hot drink lemon green tea and specifically mentioned that I do not want sugar. After that I took my drink and went back to my car, my green tea got sugar which I was surprised about. I ordered this drink many times so I am very sure they added sugar. I feel very disappointed and waste my time. Will not come back again

I've tried quite a lot of Gong cha branches, but this branch makes the best tea and gets the sweetness level just right.

The pearl mike tea tastes like the cheap one I used to drink 25 years ago when I lived in Taiwan.No tea flavour. And the pearl don't cook well. I expect that there should be some sweet flavour in it.

Please do not put people that do not quite understand what the customer want. I was ordering a drink point the picture and gave me a different one. It was just a quick bucks and in hurry because they closing now. Do not care about the price of the drink. And she tell me that I given her the wrong order. She should tell the customer i will change your drink and make it right. Do not care if she will tell additional pay but make it right. This happen 27 Jul 2022 nite time. Dissatisfied service. Choose people that will represent you your company.
