Had an alarm installed on my car and battery started going flat. Was blamed on faulty clock although had no problem before alarm installed. Also woman on reception comes across quite rude and blunt. Doesn't make me keen to shop here again.

I can't speak highly enough of them. Great team. The receptionist is very friendly and efficient. I turned up of the cuff too get my car checked and they were very obliging. Highly recommended and rated A+++

Went to see these guys this morning and told them my problem with the car. He mentioned something about what he thought it could be and he was spot on. Had my car towed there and was expecting the vehicle back after a day or so but to my surprise they called be back 5 hours later and had my car ready to pickup with the problem sorted and the necessary electric wiring etc replaced. They also told me what to watch out for and how to prevent something happening again as it is a vehicle design fault. Great advice, prompt service and definitely will use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys.

Our motorhome battery went flat overnight for the first time in 5 years. We searched for auto electricians in Palmerston and we chose Broadway Auto because of positive reviews from other motorhome customers. We were well looked after and had batteries replaced with identical models the same day. Connor was great and also replaced a cracked connection to the inverter. We highly recommend this auto electrician company.
