I had Sylvia North looking after me and she was great. Always very interested and happy to help with anything. Sylvia has helped improve my health overall including less Fibromyalgia pain and less chronic fatigue. Foods she gave on my plan were simple and easy to use. I would highly recommend. :-)

I met with Sylvia, one of Caryn's team in late January. I was a little apprehensive at first as I didn't know a lot about the LCHF lifestyle.I couldn't be happier. She has totally changed my life. I have lost over 16kg in 5 months and I feel fantastic. I am fitter and healthier than I have ever been.I couldn't recommend them enough.Thanks a lot!

I’ve been meeting with Sylvia for almost a year now and it’s been so refreshing to work with a health professional that is open to LCHF and whole foods. She has encouraged me to find the best fit for my lifestyle, and suggested small changes that may help. During this process I’ve lost 30kg and learnt so much about myself, both physically and mentally. I have also had interactions with Caryn who is making waves in getting LCHF to be recognised for what it is. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend either Sylvia or Caryn and will miss my regular appointment when they come to an end.

I had two sessions with Sylvia and she has adapted me to the LCHF lifestyle. I enjoy the variety of the foods I am eating now. This has helped me to lose body fat (which was my main goal). Would recommend Sylvia.
