Pack & Send Avondale

Michael & Sharon are absolutely phenomenal. I've always struggled with shipping and they've been absolute lifesavers. It's also worthy of note that I haven't made a single job easy and they've persevered with me. Highly recommend for anything and everything to do with Packing & Sending anywhere in the world.

I sent 2 big fragile boxes from Auk to Chch with these guys earlier in the year. One box arrived in 3 days and I arranged pickup from Mainfreight Chch since it was Fri and delivery would have been Monday. The second box was got separated somehow and wasn’t there. I called Sharon at Packnsend every couple of days for 2 weeks trying to get an update as to where my box was and when it was being delivered and was told they’d let me know but they never called me back.Finally I called Mainfreight directly and was told that is was sitting at their depo in Chch and they hadn’t received any calls from Packnsend about delivering it so they were about to send it back. Mainfreight delivered it that afternoon.I feel very ripped off paying over $300 for bad service, receiving no tracking info, no insurance for breakages (only if they loose it), and I had to track down and arrange delivery myself.If you’re sending within NZ go direct to a courier company, it’ll be cheaper and far less stress.

WOW!!! These guys are just EXCEPTIONAL !!! I was stressing out and these 2 amazing humans sorted it all out for me in the blink of an eye!! They are very personable and extremely well priced. I 1000% recommend them and will send more business their way! Thank you Michael and Sharon!!

Sharon and Michael went above and beyond for a package I needed sent from Auckland to Perth. Sharon even drove across town to pick it up for me to save money on extra freight costs! I received the package here in ONE business day, which I've never had from there to here before. Blown away by the professionalism, communication and overall service provided. Really looking forward to using them again.

Contacted Sharon and Mike to get a number of items delivered from Auckland to Adelaide. They were fantastic in assisting as we were not there to pack the items, including coordinating the pickup, packing, itemising and organising the paperwork. They also assisted when there were issues with customs in Australia; great service and support would recommend them

These guys are amazing!! so helpful, honest and they go beyond the call of duty!! There is nowhere else i will ever go!! im so confiedent and have learnt not to worry abot my packages, wherevever in the country or australia i have sent parcel and Every single time i sent,my parcels, they arrive either bang the day advised on or earlier. My first experience 2 xmas' ago when i desperately needed my sons xmas gifts - 2 large boxes delivered to him 4-5 days before xmas down in fielding. every urgent courier quoted hundreds of dollars. A call and a visit to them in avondale and they whisked the boxes of promising theyd make it. they arrived the next afternoon and ever since then i have trusted their service with everythng i send. Not to mention their good rates, always helpful. i feel so at ease with these guys. no more worrying about my parcel.truly appreciate everything they stand forI would absolutely recommended them to anyone asking

Pack and Send Avondale did a great job cleaning,creating and packaging up my personal effects and Two vintage motorbikes .They assisted at every step of the way to insure a smooth move of my items. I would have no hesitation of using their services again.
