It is for the business owner.it's not about the money to me at all....this kind of behavior and cheap unskilled labor will do more damage to your business than $40.....Evening 24th of November 2022. The staff are untrained, arrogant, liars (for $40) and untrustworthy. The phone screen protector is not the right size at all. From the way it was installed, it seems that the girl knew that the product was not suitable. When I went back to ask if they knew of another company that could do this properly, the girl replied that it was not her fault because I told him that my phone was a Doogee S97Pro. ......She didn't even want to see what the reason for the complaint was. Without thinking, she immediately blamed me..... but my phone is still a Doogee S97....... the sales girl was aggressive and only changed her behaviour when I told her that I wasn't interested in that dirty $40... ..I just need a solution to protect the phone screen. and She did it all for $40.

Was forced to write a review have had to replace my screen twice in just over a year, they were friendly at least

If I could give 0 starts I would ! !Took my partners phone in to get fixed . 2 days later screen blacked out took it back in to get fixed again .Man at the counter was very rude and obnoxious !! They didn’t have the screen to fix the phone so I went out to Rolleston branch they said they could fix it and for me to pick it up the next day .The next day rolls around I pick my phone up walked to the car to see if phone was working within 2 minutes of being on the phone, phone starts playing up again ! Do you not check the phone to see if it’s in working order before you give them back and on top of the that the phone it self was covered in glue all around the back and the edges . Took the phone back in and told them. Now they said it may be another issue ? If checks where done before hand of giving phone back this could have avoided .Looking into the phone more there are random picture in the phone which where never there before hand? Which I find very weird …. Yet when confronted about them they had no idea .Don’t waste your money here $280 gone for nothing but a broken phone back that was meant to be fixed properly the first time . …..

AWFUL SERVICE EVER AND RUDE, IMPUDENT AND IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF!!!I gave my phone to change the broken screen and took back phone full of issues: I couldn't hear when someone call me, camera wasn't focus any more, it was (and still till now) strange noise when I record voice messages, screen protection was peelled off (and still now peeled and torn off on the side), but they charge 60$ for it, glue were all over the phone, very untidy job.In additional, they were never on time, I was coming back few time. First time, he said it will take him to fix the phone one hour and took him 3 hours, i define an issue and gave back and hell has started. I was coming back few times, took me 3 weeks to receive my phone full of issues and now I need to fix it somewhere else. For all those problems they said THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE!!! I tried to call, but nobody pick up the phone (NEVER!). So, i drive to this place each time.Ridiculous. Rude. Untidy. Awful!!! They charge me 600$ for that. Definitely not recommended this place. Save your time and money!!!

Gurpiyar was so helpful and fixed my phone with in minutes. And its excellent.

Repair on my earphone jack took about 4 weeks, every time I went in to ask them about the progress the staff would lie and say it would be ready tomorrow, very frustrating.When I finally went to get my phone they had lost my phone case and sim card tray so the phone is currently unusable until I sort a replacement for it.Very unsatisfied with this service. Would not recommend. The earphone jack does now work properly though.
