Ezi Car Rental - Dunedin Airport

Excellent service and easy to use. Booked a Mitsubishi Outlander. The car was clean and felt new. It comes with a reversing camera as well and is very spacious, suitable for at least 3 - 4 more people. The lady at the counter was very friendly. While the GPS system was not available. WiFi and Google Maps on the phone works too (but the signal might get lost in more remote places)Didn't have any issues with the car throughout the rental period of around 9 days. Ezi-Rental would check in once in a while via email if you need any assistance as well. Did have a minor issue which is car related rather than rental agency related with figuring out how to open the boot : sometimes it wouldn't open but this was at the last day.There is one petrol station near the airport but I went to Mosgiel for petrol. The agency has a slight discount with Mobil petrol stations. The petrol cost around 200 NZD for 9 days for a trip from Dunedin - Queenstown - Wanaka - Mount Cook - Dunedin.

Great price, great car options and really nice staff. We had a car for 5 days, a hybrid. No issues with it and was low milage. It was really easy to check in and to add a second driver.The car had GPS and good AC.Highly Recommended.

Helpful kind friendly approachable staff at the Dunedin airport, who were very informative on tourist sites to visit in Otago Region.The instructions staff guided me where to pick up the vehicle and drop off on the return date very clear and exceptionally helpful.The car I rented Toyota Corolla hatchback served me well on the road trip exploring the Otago region. Blue tooth compatibility, economical on petrol and comfort, very clean and exceptional road handling through weather conditions in heavy rain, wind, sun, mountain, rural and city areas during the day and night driving.

We picked up and dropped off a car at Dunedin airport. Even though there was 4 or so parties before is the pick was all sorted in 10 mins. Everything was super quick and easy. Staff were fantastic and even came to greet us in the car park when we returned the car. The car was virtually new and very clean. Exceeded our expectations. We would look at Ezi first for our next car rental very pleased.

I rented a Toyota Corolla hatchback for a total of 5 days. The car was super clean, had low mileage and was a very smooth drive. It came with a built in GPS so no extra cost to hire a GPS system. Most importantly the two people serving me to pick up the car and the lady that served me dropping off the car ALL had very good service and were really polite. I highly recommend EZI.

Fantastic experience. The team were very friendly and approachable. They quickly arranged a rental car for us to take from Dunedin to Queenstown after our flight had been cancelled.Great service and we will be sure to use Ezi Car in the future after such a positive experience from all staff we engaged with.
