In all fairness, they said they were short-staffed due to lack of chefs, but that was truly the worst eggs benedict I've ever had. Really disappointing as I've had them before, and they were delicious, in fact, the best I've ever had. Just a word to the wise, don't order kitchen food if they are short-staffed of chef's.

The staff were friendly and listened to your order so that they could make sure there was no mixup. A relaxing atmosphere and highly recommend this cafe. Delicious food and a variety of sweet and savoury food in the cabinet, or you can choose made to order.

Very popular place! Suprisesd the long waiting line to order. The staff was weirdly friendly, some staff answered what's up" for some help... The food had some hair but they changed the food immediately. The interior is beautiful

I came by as part of a wedding. The venue was quite nice but it was hard to get to the area after hours since the main entrance doors were closed. The food was ok but the celebration was nice.

Love their handcrafted pizza! Beautiful environment, friendly staffs. Love the size of their ice chocolate with right amount of ice. Worth visiting and have a little walk in garden afterwards.

Found this cafe to be pretty underwhelming for the beautiful location it is in. I don't want anything fancy but just found the food to look lacklustre, and overpriced. I had intentions to get something from the cabinet but it didn't look appetising, and then glass needed a good clean. Had a hot drink here which was fine and there is plenty of seating. Can get very busy around lunch and often has a line to order. I think for the fact it has a high demand, it could be better.

Location amazing obviously and convenient if you are wanting to visit the beautiful botanical gardens, but the food, service and coffee is unreliable. I've visited a few times and the cabinet food is very average (have tried various muffins and scones, and sweet treats from there and most were dry and not very good) but once had a pizza from the menu which was quite tasty. I've tried 4 takeaway coffees and all but one of them were so ridiculously hot I could barely hold the cup even after being given an extra one to pop it into. I think more barista training is needed especially for younger staff as the one good coffee I had was from a slightly older lady. Service is also quite slow, usually due to low staff numbers I think, but once when I asked for a muffin to be warmed with butter for takeaway and I had a crying baby in my arms, I had to wait over 10 minutes to get it, yet when I sat down 5 minutes later in the park to eat it, it was still stone cold! Not sure what took them 10 minutes when all they did was pop butter in the bag. To be honest I usually try to go to Hill House up the street to get some food and then go and eat it in the park - it's guaranteed to be delicious and fast service for the same price.
