Quality of quote was excellent, installation guys were great to deal with. Minor issues after install were corrected very very promptly. (1 x light fault, 2 x missed outlet wiring) Great customer service and overall experience.

Sam was really professional and friendly and worked hard to get the job completed in one day. Installed outdoor electrics for spa. Work was very neat and tidy. Very impressed :)

Really happy with the service so far. Made the appointment for a heat pump installation consultation. The guy arrived right on time, listened to what we wanted and gave great advice. Will follow up after the installation.Now have the heat pump. No problems with the install. All done. Happy with the result

The work done by Sam was professional and absolutely on point. A few miscommunications re placement of plugs and switches were quickly fixed at no extra cost. The project was invoiced as quoted. I was very impressed with the customer service and quick responses to my questions. Overall a great experience for me, I love my new kitchen and bathroom, and I will definitely come back to Laser Electrical Dunedin.
