Chemist Warehouse Flat Bush

Repeated calls to confirm if medicine is ready to be picked up, because doctor had sent the prescription. No one picked up and line gets disconnected. No good service. Specially when patient cannot come to pick up the medicine and has requested a family / a friend to pick up. THIIS HAS HAPPENED IN ALL THE BRANCHES. NEED THIS ISSUE TO BE ATTENDED AND RESOLVED ASAP.

Love shopping here or online. Always have what I need. Very clean n tidy. Good service

Took an assistant 30+minutes just to find out prescription that was texted to me as ready to be picked up was not even ready. I was told to come back the next day. Garbage service and terrible staff management. Extremely rude short tubby female Indian pharmacist, not the pharmacy counter assistant. I would have made formal complaint against her had I remembered her name.Complete waste of time and poorly trained pharmacist with absolute no manners.

Terrible. Ordered and paid $112 online for 2 bottles of perfume. I received only 1 bottle valued at $34.99. The other bottle I never received valued at $75, I have tried numerous times to speak to their customer service on the phone, NON EXISTENT, No one answers it. It also won't accept my email in the complaints area on their website. So out of pocket for $75, disgusting.

I've been there quite a few times they got what you need. If you are looking for something specific, ask the workers cause its a big place , but if your there just to look see start from the middle you'll find more options there

Sadly, very poor customer service at this particular branch. The staff are rude and extremely unhelpful. Rather walk around the corner to the Botany Junction Unichem where they call you by name ... maybe $2 more and awesome customer service - I know where I'll be going in future.

I have never been treated like a thief in a store. Today, when I chose sone fragrance I wanted to purchase, I was not allowed to take it to the counter! To my disbelief, I was told it would be put on the counter for me!I called the store after to tell the manager, and a person identifying as Rick told me this is their procedure". No apology

20 to 30min wait 4 staff 2 answer phone re stock queries. they hang up to check, then u have 2 call back for answer... another wait 4 staff 2 answer.

We had the worst experience with Chemist warehouse Flat Bush today. We purchased a hair-loss product after checking the product online however this product is not suitable for my husband’s condition. We went back to the store asking a possibility of swap or a refund. We were refused bluntly due to their policy. The pharmacist even said she doesn’t have time to deal with us because she is way too busy and demand us to leave. The way we were treated made us feel ashamed in front of all the people around. I don’t understand the policy chemist warehouse has for not allowing swap of the product if it’s the wrong one. They said it’s the customers’ responsibility to check before payment. And the manager said he would rather loose us as a customer than a refund or swap. Wow!

Such poor service. Pharmacist refused to give us emergency fatty cream for my son suffering badly from eczema the day before the Easter holiday saying it was against policy. Yet we can purchase it from other chemists and eventually got it from another Chemist Warehouse. No empathy or understanding- not here to serve sick people. Never going back here
