Auckland Council

Very disappointed with Auckland Council I got a unfair ticket me and my sister are twins and we got very similar name, but different person who live in the same address, and drove two different car my sister accidentally drove on queen street without any warning sign on the street and received warning letter with my name on it and since thn later did not drove on that road again after figuring out which road is was on and later one day me accidentally drove on the same road but only one time the Auckland council mistaken us is the same person and forced us to pay the fees, they told us each person will get few warning letter before paying any fees but I have only drove there one time and they think we are one person and honestly this is your mistake mistaken our names and think we are one person and finally we have come to an conclusion this is how Auckland council rip off money from people you guys is really good at doing this you should at least know which person you are giving out fees to :( I have tried email and also went to Auckland council center to write a letter explain the situation twice but still give me unreasonable answer ..and I don’t know how many people you been fund people on that road but it is very wrong to do that to the community .
