Bought a Benelli TRK502X in May 2022 with extras, which includes a engine skid guard/belly pan.I was told the bike assembly was complete and ready to be shipped up to Auckland however they were still waiting for the skid plate to arrive which may be a few weeks away. I was offered the options to (1) either ship the bike as is, and when the skid plate arrives they can courrier it to me or (2) the can hold on to the bike until the skid plate arrives, then ship it up to me.It's been 8 months since I received my bike and I am still waiting for the part.To add insult to injury, not once in the 8 months has Carl or anyone at Motorad for that matter, attempted to contact me to keep me informed or updated on the part I had already paid for without me initiating it from my (the customer) end.5 months after the purchase and follow ups, I am told the part is now discontinued!?!? I was also told that they sourced on via online purchase. Shocking!!!!Today is the 9th Feb, and after not hearing anything since 5th Oct 2022, again I initiated yet again another follow up.Waiting on a call back from Carl.I'm just glad I asked for the bike to be shipped when it was. I'd still be waiting for my bike today if I chose to wait for the part.No customer after sales service. Once the big ticket item is out the door, then forget about the customer. The experience has been absolutely SHOCKING to say the very least and is poor service at its best.All that being said, Vicki who is the Sales manager was extremely pleasant to deal with throughout the initial sales process and up to the point I received my bike.UPDATE #1 - 2023/02/09 @ 6:10pmMotorad failed to return my call since 8:44am with an update.Futher review update may be required.

I went in to buy my first motobike and the staff were amazing and very helpful the whole process was great and made very easy.

How good is Vicki and the team.These guys did everything they could to get me riding` again. Picked up a mint second hand Kawi today. It didn't just look mint, I rode it out on the hills today and it ran 100%. These guys were super chilled and super helpful. Now they have got a loyal customer.. Thanks Vicki and the team, so stoked.

Traded in my MT 03 for a Harley. Got a very fair price and the bike is awesome. Great service
