Great service and excellent service and staff

We've used Window Treatments quite a few times. They always do what they say they will and do it with a polite manner. Prices seem to be fair also.

0 stars really which is not an option. Had the most pathetic service and experience. They cant even get a simple vertical blind right. Customer service people are not very good to deal with either. Despite all the trouble they caused me, I never called up angry but the customer service lady calls up and blows up at me, think judy is her name. If you want blinds get it some where else

Would NOT recommend. Unprofessional, poor communication, terrible workmanship.We were told this would be a 6-7 week job to get 4 blinds custom made. It has now been 9 months since we were quoted and we have had 3 blinds installed. Most of my emails go unanswered and despite making a complaint 2 weeks ago now I still haven't had a response or acknowledgement. The blinds have been measured 3 times and each time made to the wrong size and have had to be sent back to adjust. For a 2-person installation they sent one person and couldn't complete. Each installer has rubbished the company and talked about how often this happens. Would not ever recommend them.

We've had Window Treatments sunscreen blinds installed at two of our homes in the past three years, and have been delighted with the speedy and professional service. I can find absolutely no fault. Noel was able to provide us with a quote on the spot on both occasions, the pricing was very reasonable and once our orders were submitted, delivery was in accordance with the promised ETA. All agreed details such as position of cords etc were adhered to, the installer arrived exactly on time, there was no damage nor undue disruption during installation. The installer was also respectful of our brand-new carpet, wearing delightfully glamorous bright yellow shoe protectors as standard practice. We are delighted with our blinds, and would definitely recommend Window Treatments to anyone looking to jazz up their home as we have :)

Window Treatments were thoroughly professional, from the initial contact through to the completion of installing the blinds in our new home. Their staff, both those in the office and the installation team, were friendly and extremely proficient. We dealt with a number of trades and companies over the nine-months of the construction and fit-out of our new home; Windows Treatments was definitely at the top of the list and we have no hesitation in recommending the company to others.
