USAVE Car Rentals Queenstown

You think you saved with usave.Sorry, you are wrong. Please expect last minutes cancellation email and not even a sorry from them.I booked a moving truck 1.5months ago, cancelled 2 days before collection day and unreachable since then. Called and 5 emails follow but no reply.Poor customer service, irresponsible business attitude.My moving trip has totally ruined by them, and I am hopeless now with all the stuff i am about to move from Queenstown to Christchurch.Don’t even try them if you can’t afford the consequences to reorganize everything from the mess at the last minute of your schedule. Please expect to pay 10 times more $$ for last minutes booking for find substitution.

Avoid them, i had booked a cargo van well in advance. It was confirmed. But on the day of pick up, when I went in to the shop to pick up the van was told they do not have it. Really unprofessional. Instead I was offered a mini truck and I was told to be back by 9 am next morning. They do not care about the well being of their customer. It was 14 hours drive and it was dangerous.Will never use Usave ever again.

Never book with usave in Queenstown . What a shame . 2 weeks before booked a box truck to moving from Queenstown . Call them to confirm my booking and check availability the day before to pick up the truck .Everything confirmed . But when I went u save Queenstown ( partner snap car rental )to pick up the box truck they canceled my booking I asked why ? they said don’t have truck. No notifications no email Nothing at all . Better to go somewhere else . No guarantee with them they can canceled your booking any time . Better to go somewhere else . Never ever book with them .

Booked a truck a few months in advance and the night before picking up, received a call from usave to tell me that they have to cancel the booking as the previous owner" returned the truck but not the keys. Then when asked if I could use a spare key for that truck
