Unbelievable wait time. Only one lady working on a Sunday. Unfortunately she wasn’t able to work while talking and took a while on the people before, though she was friendly and trying her best to be fast and do a good job.Hair cut was good though and a reasonable price.Recommend if you can avoid the wait.

I am literally too much satisfied by the barber service i have given by Jane. I visited her shop in Paraparaumu last week while my vacation in NZ and got outstanding hairstyle as well as great customer service with lots of smile and while cutting i noticed she was literally enjoying her work. She mentioned that she got this shop less than a month back. Highly recommending everyone around that area and GOOD LUCK for her future.

Kylie at MENtality did a fantastic styled cut on my son's hair which is super tricky with double crowning. He was thrilled with his cut and has even grown out really nice. Definitely going to return and highly recommended. Cheers

In all my years on this planet, I have never seen such a slow moving and unprofessional outfit. There was one hairdresser working on a Sunday. I arrived at 12:35pm and there were two people waiting before me. At 2:45 she was still working on the customer before me. Very very slow. Half the problem was every time she would talk, she would stop the haircut. Didn’t even acknowledge my existence after sitting there for 2 hours and 10 minutes. I left because I had already wasted 2 hours and didn’t want to waste more of my afternoon while she cut my hair at snails pace.Horrible waste of time. Any other hairdressers in the country would have been a better option. Very disappointed. 0/10.

Always a good yarn with Jane and she does a great cut too. Awesome service from her every time.

Waited for haircut for 1.5 hrs and then left without one. I was there at 9am when they opened. 2 people in front of me. Second time this has happened.

Bad Service. Ignored me waiting while he chatted to a customer he had finished with at the counter for 6-7mins right in front of me, which I thought was pretty rude so I left. Who knows how long I would have had to wait had I stayed.
