The shop is interesting with good quality products but the focus on the customer was non existingWe found 2 cushions we liked but wanted to make sure the looked right in our house. After all we were about to pay $530 for 2 cushions. We asked can we take them home overnight to decide and the store can charge our credit card. In the unlikely event we didn't like them could we have a refund?The store advised no refund would be given just a store credit. Not surprisingly we will be buying elsewhere

Fantastic, friendly and efficient service. I rang to order a book and spoke to a lovely, helpful staff member. The book arrived promptly and was presented exquisitely with beautiful wrapping and extra little details that were delightful. Many thanks.

This is such a beautiful shop! Even their books (on florals, etc.) are different and everything is displayed with style and elegance, and of course, colour! If you are looking for something different decor-wise or for inspiration, don't overlook SA.It is located on Blair St. opposite the Thai Chef Restaurant, and diagonally opposite the New World Supermarket on Wakefield St. and is easy to find. They are open on Saturday afternoons as well and there is handy car-parking right outside. If you are using public transport SA is close to Courtney Place bus terminus.

Such a beautiful store with such gorgous home products. Would be even more beautiful if the service from the owner was more welcoming . In all the times I have made the trip to this store I have been so disappointed with the response and service . Please interact with customers and get off the computer and make them feel welcome. Thats what sticks in customers minds
