Khoi Nail Spa

Today I had the best nail experience I've ever had. After being let down by my regular nail place of 2 years I was really struggling to find a nail place again. I heard a lot of amazing reviews about Khoi Nails and thought I'd give it a try. The staff at Khoi are so extremely warm and welcoming. Tammy is absolutely brilliant, the place was so clean and friendly. I couldn't recommend Tammy and her team more. For sure i will be going back in 4 weeks time! Thank you so much Tammy and all the Khoi team, I am so grateful for the service you provided today. :)

I usually don’t complain, but so upset atm. I have used this company for 5 months. The usual lady I get is good and professional. However twice I’ve had ladies who had not listened to what I wanted and when cleaning the lashes they rub it roughly with a dry cotton wool pad and put a little liquid on it which really hurts my lashes and I can feel my natural lashes getting ripped out. I told her she needs the makeup remover foam then brush it softly off. She said ok but didn’t listen, don’t know if she understands what I had said. At the end of it, I can’t actually see or recognise my lashes she’s just put in it is that light. I asked for full lashes and the same style how I just had before she took the previous ones off. I’m so disappointed. I told them o wasn’t happy they still tried to get me to pay $75, I ended up paying $60 which I thought was definitely not worth what I got. I don’t wanna be seen, so am cancelling my plans. I have to now pay again for someone else to do my lashes. Not going back to be disappointed any more.

Would not recommend. Extremely rude and over priced.Edit:I do not have teenagers so that must be another customer you were rude too as well! my children are 9 & 10 you said under 5 was $10 so you lied! You were so rude to us that my daughter who is 10 said she didn't want to ever go to you again and cried afterwards because of the paint on her skin - she said she wasted her voucher! The paint is already chipping off both girls!Horrible horrible place and yes I will tell my friend who bought the vouchers and anyone else I speak to!

My daughter BOOKED to have her nails done, tips & French polish. Her appointment was 3.30, she didn’t get out of the salon until 5.30!!! 2hrs to do what should take 1hr all because they start you then get up and leave you to attend to someone else and so it goes until hours later you are finally finished. I think this method is poor, especially if you’ve booked you should be tended to from start to finish without being left to sit and wait for periods inbetween. Pretty rude way to treat customers I think.Thanks for your reply…. Just to clarify, my daughter did not need any soaking as she did not have any acrylic or even any polish on her nails. She did not take 15 mins to decide what colour as she went in there knowing she wanted French. I understand maybe some curing/drying time but I cannot justify 2hrs for application of acrylic onto bare nails. I have been at the salon before and I see how you operate there and all I am saying is that I feel that it’s a little rude to start off and then stand up and leave the person sitting there part done without an explanation to go and start someone else. It’s just an observation that I think you should take as constructive criticism. If it’s how you must operate there then at least explain the process to your client so they know what’s going on. Just good customer service really. Not faulting your work in this instance.

Great spa pedicure, really good foot massage and they spent at least 5minutes doing it when I feel a lot of places give you 1-2 mins max. Excellent colour selection and they were efficient, place was clean also.

I made booking and wanted to use my Grab One before the holidays. They said they were almost full for the month but squeezed me in. Got there and was served right away. They were all so kind. The nail tech that served me was great. She has great time management skills. She did my pedí-mani and was I was ready to go!

Went there on friday a couple weeks ago! They managed to squeeze me in despite them being really busy at the time. The girl who did my nails was really nice and talkative, she also kept checking that I liked the placement of all the little hearts on my nails, they’ve lasted really well so far too! Will definitely be coming back in a couple weeks to get them done again! Thank you! ❤️
