Terrible customer service, rude and for some reasons perches up on a little chair and glares at you, also had a drink was told to leave because no mask which is quite correct if they did their homework, wouldn’t waste my money on their overpriced imported cheap glass, if you want to support kiwis this is not the shop to go too defiantly don’t have the kiwi attitude

Absolutely awful guy behind the counter doesn’t even know what products he’s giving you I asked specifically for just coils for my vape and he haves me pods instead which didn’t even come with coils so I’ve now wasted my money on pods I didn’t need and still having to use a burnt coil

Prices are totally different to all shosha stores and more stock needs to be held as I can't use my vape as they don't have stock for my coils this out of stock has been for weeks

Went in to discuss a good vaporizer option to purchase. However with 4 staff members behind the counter and 1 other customer in the shop the staff were unwilling to discuss what options they had available and were incredibly rude. Good way to loose a sale .

After purchasing a vape got home to find it without a battery, called and got told it should have come with a battery. After returning to the store, the guy was genuinely rude and said you needed to buy it separately. Didn't care for the lies or the time wasting wouldn't recommend.

17/10/22 ten minutes before closing came in to grab a vape. Had an average experience at another Shosha so wasn’t expecting amazing service but the guy behind the counter was super helpful and super friendly. Give that man a raise.

Indian guy behind the counter today denied me my vape pods because I didn't have ID so im vaping a burnt coil for the rest of the day cheers..Im 27. I understand my problem really but come on as much as Id like to look 18 I certainly do not.
