Great leadership training course, we covered a good amount of content in the time that we had and the Halo team had a great, hands-on way of applying it through exercises. I got a lot out of the session.

Thoroughly recommend HALO training to anyone who is looking to improve their soft skills. Can be applied to business or personal. Tony and Darren were fantastic trainers and the course is not like any other we have been on.

Great interactive session held on mental toughness. Normally a session is done in person, but due to travel restrictions, the Halo team did extremely well to complete this via video conferencing software and keep team engagement. I fully recommend Tony and the Halo team for all leadership and team training.

Great to meet Tony and Darren and listen to their life's experiences and the aversity faced at times and the tools they were given to help deal with that, a workshop that had me engaged for the whole duration. (usually I last around 30 mins ;-))

Over the years I have attended many leadership workshops . I found the Halo Trainning workshop / Mental Toughness by far the one that has made the greatest impact in my life this far .I especially loved how this is military based / inspired . Comes with great structure for success In my personal life & work space .
