Such a hidden gem! So many great options for relaxation and wellness. Had an infrared sauna and normatec suit - was incredible. And the staff are exceptional. Recommended to all, we will be back :)

Every experience I’ve have at Chill Wellness has been amazing! From the moment you step inside to when you leave you are looked after so well. Such a beautiful space.Absolutely love the red light bed, it’s so relaxing and just having that time to rest and recover I left feeling so light.I also loved the pressotherapy it was so helpful with muscle recovery which is so important if you are very active.There’s so many different treatment options depending on what you’re body is needingHighly recommended ❤️

Chill Wellness, located on Victoria Street in Auckland, is my go-to place for infrared sauna sessions. The facilities are impeccably clean, creating a serene environment that allows me to relax and rejuvenate. In addition to infrared saunas, they also offer a wide range of other services, such as light therapy and pressotherapy massage.The staff at Chill Wellness are simply delightful, always welcoming me with warmth and kindness. Chill Wellness is exceptional, it has become one my favorite place in Auckland to unwind & relax. I highly recommend it.

Did a 30min compression therapy session and it was great, really different from anything else I have tried before. Enjoyed a lovely cup of herbal tea, relaxed in an incredibly comfortable reclining chair and had a great catch up with my mum who was next to me. Allana is so welcoming, friendly and hospitable. Space is beautiful. Would highly recommend, treat yourself!

Had my first ever Infrared Sauna at Chill Wellness and could not recommend it enough. It’s a really beautiful and relaxing space and the staff made it such an amazing experience (they were super friendly and knowledgeable about and the treatment options and offered electrolytes and tonic as part of the experience). The infrared sauna experience itself was also bliss, I left feeling so relaxed and they have lovely showers and all the amenities you could need in terms of product for after your treatment. Will definitely be back.

Such friendly helpful staff, I was greeted with a divine herbal tea and did a Normatec compression therapy. What an experience, my legs feel tingly and lighter. Tension feels released and I will be back again with an infrared red sauna included next time.

I popped in to Chill Wellness to enquire about led light facial therapy for my inflamed skin and jumped straight into a session. The treatment was so nice, I felt like I was relaxing in the soft sunshine. Alana was super friendly and lovely to chat with over a cup of tea after my session. The space is clean and minimal with a therapeutic but approachable aesthetic. I’m looking forward to my next session and exploring their other wellness offerings too. Highly recommend.

Loved my first cryo facial & LED mask treatment here. Alana (not sure on spellings) was very warm and ensured I felt very comfortable. I love that you can enjoy a complimentary hot tea after the treatment too. Since my first treatment, I have tried the infrared sauna and full body light therapy. The equipment is high quality, clean and seems to be helping my problematic skin.

The only place I go for my Infrared Sauna experience now.The minute you walk in, it is so calm, relaxing and zen.The space for Infrared is perfect - not cramped like other places I have been experienced. There clearly has been a lot of thought into the interior design of the whole place.Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy the benefits of hi-tech treatments, I would definitely recommend Chill. The environment is modern and chic, and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. They really know their stuff and can answer any questions you might have about the treatments they offer. I was really impressed with the range of modalities they have available, I tried the Cryo + LED facial and I felt like I was in good hands throughout my entire visit. Overall, I had a great experience at Chill and I would definitely go back again.
