Richard came and visited on site at Waiheke Island to provide an opinion on foundation stability. I thought I was looking at significant remedial work and spend. Richard took some time to inspect and informed me that foundations were actually ok and suggested remedial work that will be significantly cheaper than I had thought. Good honest guys who are easy to deal with - no high pressure selling - just straight up.

Richard, Tom and Ethan worked miracles with my concrete ring wall foundation. Several areas were in a poor condition, including areas of concrete spalling because of rusted rebar.Their repairs were seamless and perfectly match the existing textured style of my foundation wall.Highly recommended.

We contracted Grace Foundations to rectify a big issue with the foundations on our house, Richard gave clear and accurate details to remedy and on time the crew turned up, Tom controlled the team to perfection which resulted in a perfect result! Tom communicated with us every time he felt necessary otherwise they just got it done" and at end of each day Tom gave us a detailed update and what was happening next - top bloke with a great team that complimented his experience in this field.P.S They kept to the budget and the quote given !!"

Richard promptly replied to my query and made time to travel all the way to my little home for an inspection. Upon inspection, he noted that our foundation had no issue and the job was for a builder instead. Richard provided advices and was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely keep in mind and recommend others to look for him should there be a foundation issue - and this is just base on the interaction itself! Thanks again Richard, much appreciated.
