The owner of the business is super accomodating, friendly, relaxed and does a really good job. Overall I was really satisfied with the customer service, but there were a couple spots missed out in my car. However, I would still recommend this business! Very convenient.

I was expecting more. The guys made a good job. However, they were rushed because had a queue of customers. And as a consequence my they delivered my car plenty of rag marks, the left mirror was dirty and the top of the car has patches of raining drops of days before. I am really disappointed, I was expecting much more of you, it was the first and the last time that I go to Dynamic.

Do not use this service! I bought a GrabOne voucher for an exterior + interior clean, and when I booked I was informed they're a mobile service that comes to you - despite listing their premises in Lower Hutt. This means when they show up to your house you are expected to provide a hose and a power point. The guy (he never offered a name) was also late, rude, extremely unprofessional in his manner, and did a shoddy job - there is still dust and grime on my dashboard and cupholders, bits he missed with the vaccuum etc, and he left a dirty rag on the back seat. Save your money and go somewhere more reputable.
