Couple of genuine guys with great customer service. Had good advice and helped us pick out exactly what we needed. Not pushy, very happy to allow test drives/answer questions and even offered to drive us back into the city when we were still undecided on the car.Returned and bought a car at a good price. The car (used) had a minor issue a couple of weeks after buying and these guys sorted it straight away no questions asked.We were recommended this place from friends who also had a good experience. Love these guys. Bruce and the team are amazing. Brought a car recently and had a few costly issues a few weeks after purchase (nothing wrong from their end) and they got it all sorted for me no questions asked. Really knowledgeable about their cars, but also don't pester as you are walking around browsing. Most definitely would buy from them again and would encourage everyone else to do so as well!!

These guys are genuine people who look after their customers. I hit them up a whole year after buying my car (which hasn't missed a beat) about an issue with a wheel stud. This work had been carried out by a different company on their behalf (at the time of purchase) and they still covered the cost to get it repaired. Much appreciated. Highly recommend.

We searched for a second hand car for a week and got a great recommendation to check out Hutt Valley Wholesalers. When we arrived, Mike understood our budget and preferences and recommended MY DREAM CAR (one that I was eyeing when we walked into the showroom). He answered my burning questions with patience and kindness and we left thrilled with our buy. A few weeks later, sadly the car had a transmission issue and Mike told us to bring it over to Motor Tech where the car can be checked. Again, the process was so efficient and they loaned us one while the car was being fixed. When we return to collect our car, we were surprised to hear that our excess has been paid for by Hutt Valley Wholesalers as they felt responsible for the issue as we just bought the car. THANK YOU SO MUCH MIKE and your team for having such great after-care service and for the kind gesture. As a family that just moved to Wellington, we are touched by the kindness and honesty of the people here. For our second car, we will definitely be back!:)
